Understanding the importance of uninterrupted operation of its IT infrastructure, Volkswagen chose outsourcing, one of the most effective service schemes, and began collaboration with BELTEL's Service Center.
Our engineers work at the Kaluga plant as regular Volkswagen employees and are onsite 24 hours a day 7 days a week providing a full scope of technical and maintenance services including network administration, software upgrade, installation of new equipment, regular diagnostic work, and repairs.
