For many years Beltel maintained successful cooperation with a leader of the cosmetics industry Oriflame providing it with enterprise telephony services across the CIS and regional contact center services in Moscow.
The next phase of this cooperation included making an agreement for comprehensive support of Oriflame’s telecommunication systems across the world.
According to this agreement, Beltel undertakes the 3rd line support (most complex tasks) of Oriflame’s unified communications system based on Microsoft Lync 2013, as well as the company’s enterprise mail system based on Microsoft Exchange 2010.
Currently the IT infrastructure of Oriflame is distributed across the world. The core of its unified communications system comprises data centers in Prague and Moscow, which enable collaboration between Oriflame’s 7,500 employees in more than 60 countries.
Beltel assures business continuity at Oriflame through uninterrupted services such as enterprise email, voice communication, and videoconferencing. Business continuity is a critical infrastructure requirement given the fact that the company’s employees use the UC system to make more than 40,000 conference calls per month.
Lenta is one of Russia’s biggest and fastest developing retail chains. Established in 1993 in St. Petersburg, it has been a leader of the Russian retail sector for 20 years.
For several years Beltel has been working under contracts with Lenta deploying local area networks, Wi-Fi networks and telephone systems in the retailer’s headquarters, as well as its existing and new hypermarkets, supermarkets and distribution centers. Over this period we accomplished works on 150+ Lenta’s sites. On top of this, Beltel provides Lenta with a wide range of technical and customer support services.
