BELTEL, Russian System Integrator provides hi-tech technologies for the one of the largest Russian insurance companies. Within the project BELTEL created VoIP telecom network linked Guta-Insurance offices in Moscow.

Having been working for 15 years in Russian insurance market Guta became a one of the leading financial institute in Russia. The company has more than 60 000 corporate customers and more than 500 000 private customers. The company has 250 sale offices all across Russia.

Because of the central office placement change the company management decided to create the integrated telecom network linking all Moscow offices. BELTEL won the tender and offered VoIP network conception on the base of Nortel solutions.

Consequently the integrated telecom network on the base Nortel CS1000E was built. The system core is placed in the central office and the gateways MG1000E was placed in branch office.

"Telecommunication is a one of the key aspects of our customer service", - Vadim Egorov, Guta-Insurance CIO said. "Within the project the integral call-centre was built which provides 7x24 customer support. BELTEL specialist had to upgrade Nortel Meridian Option 11C with minimum time of no access to telecommunication and call-centre. Within the project hi-technologies were implemented, the fail-safety system was increased because of geography reservation". "The successful project made possible to safe oh the company investment in the telecom equipment and increase customer service level" - Vadim Egorov added.
