We first offered call center services in 2001 when the call center market was just emerging in Russia. Since then we have been very active in this area and have made it one of our main services.

We build call centers using state-of-the-art hardware and software manufactured by our partner: Avaya, Altitude Software, Genesys, Teleopti, Verint and etc.
Our major clients include IKEA, Raiffeisen, Comstar and etc.

Since 2003, we have been developing a specialized Internet-based call center project, Callcenterworld (www.callcenterworld.ru). This project has made it possible to create an environment in which experts can select the best solution for setting up corporate call centers or outsourcing call center services. It has also enabled professionals with experience in call center operation to exchange ideas. Today, Callcenterworld is a rich source of ideas for call center specialists, providing its users with a wealth of information about the latest developments in the market of call center services.
